How Zastillia converts units
The conversion covers the ingredients, the text of the steps and the tips. Cups of dry ingredients become grams approximately, because a cup of flour and a cup of sugar weigh different amounts.

|---|---|
| 1 cup of flour | ≈ 120 g |
| 1 cup of sugar | ≈ 200 g |
| 1 cup of water or milk | 240 ml |
| 1 ounce (oz) | ≈ 30 g |
| 1 pound (lb) | ≈ 450 g |
| 350 °F | 180 °C |
| 400 °F | 200 °C |
| 425 °F | 220 °C |

Good to know
- A cup of flour, sugar or grain weighs different amounts, so cups become grams approximately. For baking, where precision matters, check the amounts against the video.
- Tablespoons and teaspoons stay spoons: they are the same everywhere.
